PERFUMERY WORKSHOPS

A 2.5-hour immersive perfumery experience where participants explore the art of scent creation using 20 selected materials. Each participant chooses a preferred perfume style from the four main olfactory families: Floral, Woody, Oriental (Ambery), and Fresh.

The workshop follows four steps:
1. The Origins – Discover the world of fragrances and raw materials.
2. The Craft – Learn how perfumes are structured and composed.
3. The Recipe – Design a personal perfume formula.
4. The Creation – Blend and create a unique 50 ml scent to take home.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join?

Anyone curious about perfume, from beginners to creatives, is welcome.

Will I be able to take my perfume home immediately?

Yes, you will leave with a bottle of your custom fragrance. However, we recommend letting the perfume "macerate" (rest) for 2 to 4 weeks. This allows the alcohol and oils to blend properly, ensuring the scent profile matures into its true form.

Can I re-order my custom perfume after the workshop?

Yes! We keep a secure archive of all formulas created during our sessions. If you fall in love with your signature scent, you can contact us to order a refill bottle or even make slight adjustments to your recipe in the future.

What is the difference between natural and synthetic ingredients, and which will we use?

Natural ingredients are derived from plants (flowers, wood, fruit), while synthetics are man-made molecules that can replicate natural scents or create entirely new ones. Professional perfumery relies on a balance of both to ensure safety, longevity, and complexity. In our workshops, you will have access to a curated "organ" containing high-quality materials of both types.

What happens if I don't like the perfume I create?

This is exactly why we work in stages! You won’t pour your final bottle immediately. We start by creating small "trials" on blotter strips or in mini-beakers. This allows you to test your accord and smell how the ingredients interact. If a trial feels unbalanced or isn't to your taste, our instructor will help you "course-correct"—perhaps by brightening it with citrus or smoothing it with woods—before you commit to mixing the final full-sized bottle.

The workshop was magical—learning to blend scents with a pro made me feel like a true artist.
